All flotation mattresses must be used with a mattress pad, approved rigid supporting frame, approved vinyl safety liner installed to meet the top edges of the frame, approved waterbed U.L. heater and approved waterbed conditioner. (Approved means meeting the standards of the State of California.)

This warranty is between the original purchaser and Stylistics.

This warranty applies to defects in the seaming workmanship only. It does not apply to tears, punctures or cuts caused by accidents, abuse, improper installation of components or any negligence by the consumer or user or to damage caused by the malfunction of other components. Normal leveling or flattening out of the filling materials or body impressions which occur in the normal use of the mattress, are not covered in the warranty.

In the first year, this warranty is limited to product repair or replacement at manufacturer's option, without charge excluding transportation charges. After the first year charges will be applied according the above schedule plus transportation charges. If identical materials are not available at the time of repair or replacement, manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quilt.

Any replacement under this warranty reverts to date of original purchase for future warranty consideration.

This warranty is valid only when accompanied by the original purchaser's sales receipt showing the original date of purchase.
