The resilient upholstery materials used in the superior comfort level of this mattress are designed to conform to your body's individual contours. In time, sleeping in one position may cause body impressions in the mattress surface. This is not a structural defect, but simply an indication that the comfort level is doing its job. To equalize these impressions, turn the mattress end-to-end and upside-down frequently during the first six months and periodically thereafter.

25 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

You have just purchased a mattress, foundation or both which will be serviced by the warrantor in the event of defective workmanship or material for 25 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to covering materials on either the mattress or foundation. NOTE! Normal leveling or flattening out of filling materials or body impressions, which occur in the normal use of the mattress, are NOT covered in the warranty.

During the first year after purchase, the warrantor will make necessary repairs of the product, except covering material, without charge except transportation costs. After the first year, the warrantor will repair with a charge to the purchaser of 1/25th of the price of a like item at the time of adjustment, times the number of years owned, plus all transportation costs. Purchaser shall prepay transportation to and from manufacturer's nearest plant.

If a defect appears, it should be immediately called to the attention of the warrantor's dealer from whom the product was purchased. Do not return the product until you have notified the dealer and made transportation arrangements. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase is required.

If the product is subject to abuse, misuse or damage through accident or negligence, this warranty shall no longer apply. Badly soiled, blood & urine stained mattresses automatically voids any warranty or warranty work.

Warrantor is not responsible for any injury sustained by consumer as a result of a product defect after inspection is made by the consumer of the product on delivery date by the selling dealer.

The firmness of the mattress is the personal opinion of the user. What is firm to some may feel extra firm to others. Our stated firmness levels are relative to the norms of the industry. Warrantor does not guarantee or warrant the firmness, unless of course, a structural defect compromises the intended performance of the product.

The warrantor is not liable for consequential damage occasioned by any breach of this warranty or of any other warranty of guarantee, expressed or implied available to the purchaser.
